Stressful, been downhill since 2011. Definitely not family-friendly....
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leaders are robots. No care for their associates.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stores high turn over. Expecting workers to do 18 hours in an 8 hour day....
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need actual walmart associates. My store is 90% ran by an outside temp agency.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Less workers on the floor which means less interaction the customers are getting. Most ive spoken too would rather have a person to help them or check them out....not self checks
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe long term parttimers should get same benefits as fulltimers. I was full time for 11 years and had to step down due to my daughter being born and having special needs. Walmart wouldn't work with me on therapy days so I had no other choice
