Organization and a realization that not every store can run the same. Fix issues with associate hours and constantly understaffing the store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Maybe they can start by not running a company with a bunch of straight out of college morons that have no clue how the real world works.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat your associates with respect and show it by showing you value them. Saying good job is fine but doesn’t hit Home when your relief on and make less than the slackers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has no loyalty to long term associates. A person offf the street with no experience can do the the same job as a 10 year veteran and make the same as them or more. This company has lost its core values. Sam Walton’s children have destroyed their fathers legacy.
