My compensation is fair for what my job description is, however, lately, we all feel like we're performing factory work where they are given quota raises and cost of living raises.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management do not communicate or work together adequately enough to have a productive outcome each day. Many times it is because they were not trained well enough and as such the supervisors they promote are not well trained either.
