slow and not enough hours
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Open those registers , pay more money, and let me work 35 hours if I actully work.

Just has the times the customers want to get out of the store but the have to wait in a line .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly pay is minimum wage, where im at , that is 7.25 a hour. And thanks to my managers I am lucky to work 25 hours a week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
opening morfe registers so the customers can actully get out of there store.There can be 200 people in there and 3 registers are open.other than that they are really good at there job.I would like to learn how to work in other areas of the store.
