I used to love coming to work and always did my best. I at one point had a great manager who left the company. He taught me alot and made me feel like I could do anything. The minute the took my money and I make what a new hire makes is when I just did my time and went home. Horrible being there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
train there managers how to manage. Also how to talk to there associates.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
starts at top the Managers have to know what there doing. We have to many pulling us in different directions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being able to finish what there assaigned. If they werent getting high durning lunch maybe they could work a little better or care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked for the company for 14 years and with the restucture of program they elimated my position. When they did that they took a big chunk of my check away with it. So now I struggle with each check. Gave all those years for them to say they dont care about me.
