What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was basically easy interview process but they dont physically train you. Your supposed to learn from a computer basically
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When HR isnt in. There so petty on rediculous things. But I am a people person and I love helping people and literally I've gotten yelled at for talking and helping customers find what they need. They have an open door policy which dont you dare because they are out for you then.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Well there is good and bad about every job but one thing I can say about the managers at Walmart is there EXTREMELY overloaded with tasks, no help, extremely underpaid for what they do. I dont think I've EVER said this about any job. But it's very true. No reward for hard work either.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel sorry for alot of the employees at Walmart. Sadly theres to many chiefs and not enough Indians in that place which is crazy. Literally its confusing because they have a rediculous amount of supervisors and managers and so on honestly its nuts because there not paid enough to do all they do.
