What did you like most about the interview process?
I was the only person in the interview so I got individual attention and the hiring manager was pleasant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it was living wages. You have to be several years into a low management position just to get a decent LIVING wage or decent medical benefits.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything! They act intitiled or like their too important to stop and actually listen and address known issues throughout the store. They over work people in positions that those people don't even like, in time slots that don't work for them while rewarding the people they are sleeping with.
