2K (Vegas Location) is unlike any company I have ever been a part of. It's the first organization I have come across that I believe honestly cares about their employees and their employees' voices and overall work experience. Sports Management are some of the very best in the industry to be under.

Performance based upside. I was previously at one of the major tech giants and while there was great security there, the rewards didn't often match the effort. It was too capped, even in areas of the business where employees had a huge hand in driving outsized results. At 2K, results = rewards.

I wish there was more room for vacation. Yes, we get two weeks off for Christmas, however I wish these days could be used elsewhere. I also know we're paid slightly below market average, and I hope this changes.

One of the best things about the NBA Sports Team is that everyone looks out for each other. People are quick to help you if you need it and are there for you when life happens. You are able to come as you are, and the team treats you the way they want to be treated. They are efficient and effective.
