Some of the best things about my team are that they are friendly and generally support each other!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I generally show up for work in whatever way I'm needed, but that can be easily forgotten when that need changes. And it's very hard to accept a pay decrease even though the increase was designed to be temporary when most other employers haven't reduced their employees' compensation.
