Working with my team and supporting providers. The feeling that we are trying to make a difference at a time that working in child care is incredibly stressful.

Patrick is kind and thoughtful. He checks in regularly and provides positive guidance and feedback. He celebrates our successes. I legitimately have never had a more supportive manager in my entire career.
