I have worked for three delegates and Acelero is on the better side of my work experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do communicate for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all get along and help one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making a difference in our clients and staff's lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that we get our time up front, and that you can use it as soon as you start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all can step in for each other when needed. We ar work together as one weather in PA or Jersey.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is helpful. The cultural is wonderful, its nice to work at a place where you are welcomed from the start.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we have our huddles and that we know what each other is doing, as well as doing each other's job if necessary.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is knowing that I make a difference. That I myself what to be an effective part of my team and to the motto of Acelero.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do believe the Leadership had the best interest of the children and Families. Leadership for the Camden and Philadelphia side of Acelero truly works to serve their staff and families, although no one is perfect they strive to be. The Leadership is a cohesive team that makes it work.
