They are very welcoming, open, and responsive to any and all communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are very welcoming and positive. I believe they all want what is best for the children and I know that the intentions are the best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy that the PTO doesn't have to be earned, that was very helpful. I also enjoy the amount of PTO, as well as the extended vacation.
