I am most happy about the pace of the work, the team that I work with and the impact that I hope I am having.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find that the team I work with is what I would call a people first team. We are all people first - we have lives, children, families, stressors, etc. and everyone honors and trusts in each person that there are doing their best to meet their greatest capacity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I find that my leadership team is committed to ensuring I am always feeling supported, that I have the resources and tools that I need to be successful and are always open with lines of communication. From consistent and timely feedback to open conversations and dialogue, I constantly feel supported
What are some of the best things about your team?
I find that the team I work with is always open and excited about collaboration. There is never a one-set mindset, everyone is always open and eager to hear and incorporate everyone's ideas. There is also a great sense of respect for people's time and workload which I really appreciate.
