Besides the PTO where are the perks. Compensation should depend upon the work load and the success rate of it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to learn to connect with the staff as a whole. They need to respect employees personal time, and also not walk around with an air about them as thought they are better than everyone else. It would also be nice to hear from leardership that you are doing a good job from time to time.
