What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that there is time to meet individually and in groups to work through tasks and ask questions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less judgment and assumptions made about why things aren't happening as expected, but more support for implementing procedures and changes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe pay is comparable with some other similar positions. Others with less responsibilities receive the same pay as I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team cares about each other both personally and professionally. I appreciate being recognized as a whole person instead of just my work.
