What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at my company isn't shown unless it's parents in the building
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The director should be switched out or go through some type of training to care about their staff
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should get better at caring about their team and their staffs personal lives instead of believing they're just work bots.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the only positive because they really do try to help each other get better or get the classes together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a lot expected from us in short time frames along with being understaffed or missing a partner half the time. The temps that come into the room dont help so you're on your own the whole day pretty much. Also the pay should be changed depending on role and education
