Well it's certainly not the pay, it's the joy I receive from the staff for the service I provide.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been railroaded by Acelero twice within the seven months I've been here! My pay rate should remain at the boost rate, or even more for all the work I do!
