I truly believe my team believes in the work they do and support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am fully aware that my position could be paid 20k higher in another company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do believe my Leadership team cares about their employees as people and wants to frame their work as meaningful and capable of balance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find light in my work via the small moments of freedom where we can express that our work is not without fault. There are a lot of tedious and frustrating tasks that we request of ourselves and our employees that are necessary without moral value.
