It's has been mostly positive. I did have one unfriendly encounter with a teacher in the past but it was handled and mediated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel very singled out as kitchen staff. I am often forgotten I feel.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I'm a valuable part of the team. The children and Staff depend on me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My current hourly wage is ok. The pto time offered however on top of all the scheduled paid days off is wonderful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My center is very diverse. So we have lots of different perspectives and personalities which I think gives it a very welcoming environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel supported by my leadership team and feel that I am heard. If I need specific supplies I get them. If I have a complaint it gets addressed and handled in a professional way.
