I really love Acelero, I just really wished that all staff are held accountable to the same expectations. Its very frustrating to work so hard and take things so serious just to see other department staff not.

We are here for staff, children, and families, but also find a way to enjoy each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really feel that if Fearless couldn't continue atleast have a remote day. I used to get so much done on my remote day and get my mind in order. It is VERY hard being a manager of teaching staff. You can start your day off positive and happy on your way to work, to have your staffing plan flipped
