At first I loved working there because my son was going to school there but now that my son is not there no more and with Covid it has changed a lot of things it's just not the same and a lot of people quit working I got fired or retired and I just feel like It needs some more help
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my team works hard and some don't I feel like I'm in middle school high school because people have favorites
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need to work more hard on early Headstart kids going to hit start being potty trained knowing their colors numbers ABC's make Acelero feel like a School and not a day care So no infants so the teachers can focus on the next generation so these kids could be ready for real school.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like about my leader ship team is some of them listen and help solve a problem as a team instead of as a person they do not deal with any mess that's going on in the building they solve it right away that is with family and coworkers they do not let drama come up in there or anything.
