Leadership does value each employee's opinions and routinely acknowledges that we all have the skills and ability to significantly contribute to the work we do. It's a great place to work with an exceptional culture!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and I have finally reached a stage in my life where all of my degrees, work experience, and various skill sets make a substantial contribution to the work we do! That's exciting!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all know that no organization is perfect. However, I love the fact that not only does this company acknowledge any inadequacies, but it also makes a concerted effort to rectify the majority of those situations as soon as they are brought to light.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the pay for this position is fair, but it should be a bit higher considering the work and time commitment. This is a grass roots situation so the term "feeling undervalued" is not an accurate depiction of where I stand. I definitely feel valued here!
