Everyone brings different strengths and so far everyone has been open to collaborating, teaching, and modeling. Everyone has been friendly and open. Everyone is accessible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is supportive as you learn your role within the team. They give information as much as they are able and take input and feedback in the same manner
What makes you most happy at work?
The option of working from home gives me the space to take when I need it and also the ability to collaborate with others without feeling as though I'm "Shutting people out" when I need my space at the office. I don't mind Zoom or other virtual meetings
