Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not fair. Certain people are provided with additional pay and others are not. You are never thanked or rewarded for the work you do and are asked to do more with no compensation. I would feel better if there was a better pay structure that is transparent to staff.
