This is a true family unit, we are invested and one another. We want to see each other succeed in everything so we push each other to be the best versions of ourselves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an educator working through a pandemic I have seen first hand how teaching during this time effects not only your health but your mental health. I feel that we were underpaid based on the job we were asked to do.
