Our culture is diversity but I fell some people have to many years working there and I fell like they can do we?
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I fell like what I do is just clean and sanitize and nothing to do with help the teacher with the class .I fell like janitorial and not a teacher assistant .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is so low I should make a leas 17 dollars per hour , the insurance is to expensive with hig deductible and copayments . Salary is embarrassing, and the work we do is hard and important for the society and the Contry .
