What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like that the leadership team communicates with the staff of up coming events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff can communicate and agree to disagree at times and we are all understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though my family comes second and the children and their families come first. Please let us take our PTO anytime through out the year. We should not feel bad for staying home or being sick or take care of our family.
