It has been hard. I was hired to be a lead teacher and I will not be given a classroom now, I have not been cleared due to weird rules at the company based on out of state background checks, I have not been observed for any tasks, and I am placed in a classroom with a very negative teacher.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be accommodating and supportive.

I am not sure to be honest

Days when the difficult children are not present.

It depends on the coworker to be honest, some are great and some are not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the most positive thing is that we can all struggle through the harder things.
