Acelero has taught me so much . I just feel as though higher leadership need to watch who they appoint to oversee their centers because managment don't be doinh their jobs.

Learning a new language has been fun

There alot of work my coworkers could put in . Ima need more than 300 characters
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A different curriculum would make things alot better . Field trips , time out of the building .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being supportive when there are challenging behaviors . Being mindful of certain childrens needs prior to enrolling them . Making teachers aware of children with special needs prior to them coming into the classroom .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im currently actibg as lead teacher so im getting that salary . Ive been here for 6 years and i put alot of work in better than alot of qualified lead teachers, i feel as though my pay should be permanent
