We are like a family, and yes sometimes families argue but we work through it and are supportive and understanding
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My center director truly cares about all of her employees and goes out of her way to be supportive. The Elis is very helpful and organized
What makes you most happy at work?
No 2 days are the same, I love that the kids are excited to see me everyday and it is the best feeling when they learn something new because of me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have far more education and experience that most of the teacher but since we all get paid the same since we are all "lead" teachers I do not get pais more
