Overall it's been pretty good. There is however a lot of changes in management which can be a challenge to deal with at times. Sometimes the training are rushed and not planned well with the leadership teams

They are committed to their children in the classroom.

Some of them seem to understand how hard the teachers work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work most of the time as a team to solve problems with the children we serve
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to see most of the kids in my classroom. I like to do different activities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Right now we are getting paid extra to work with the potential of getting sick with Covid. Which many of us has had at least once if not more. We have been exposed to RSV and the Flu. Soon the extra pay will be taken away. The cost of living has gone up so much. Is it worth the risk?
