What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that we all have our strengths in different areas. It helps us to collaborate at a deeper level and listen to one another. We all value one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love how PTO was given as a lump some and not having to wait. This helps for any emergency issues that can arise. It is hard to transition and you all make it easy and effective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is always a positive environment, professionalism and a willingness to listen. When things are not quite working right, they like to take a step to listen, think & collaborate, and act. It has been awesome thus far.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is the work I do. I like to make a difference in the providers, families and children we serve. I want to make sure that children are being valued and being scaffold everyday to ensure their school readiness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we get to meet face to face quarterly. This helps enhance our relationships with one another. We love learning about each others culture, traditions, hobbies and interests. When back behind the screen we return feeling refreshed and open to work groups and other work tasks.
