What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I know I'm playing a part in the future of the children.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that it's inclusive. No one gets left out and everyone is celebrated. Staff, children and families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they're always there when you need them. No matter how easy or difficult something may be they're there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a cohesive team. We help and share many things with each other. Whether it be lessons plans, ideas, laughs and memories, we work well together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is my only "complaint" As an EHS Teacher we're molding the minds of the youngest group of kids. Although I love my job and most that it entails. The salary for me does not come close to the cost of living or what is feasible for a single adult to survive and especially not one with children.
