I Love my company but after we have new leader, everything change. Super unprofessional on time we need help. Our role as a teacher sometimes are put as we are kids who don't know what we doing. Acelero its a great company but needs to do better on preparing center directors with better experience.

We are close, when one needs help we become a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I think its the best part about our compensation its the fair PTO we get.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership its that we can be like family. But when they have their days its best to not even think about ask for what ever you need help with.
