The most positive aspect of our culture is our commitment to continuously improving our culture and engendering belonging for every employee at every level of service.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is fully committed to our mission, vision and values. It is a diverse team of leaders who seeks to be inclusive across the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I don't think these questions are good. I would rate my colleagues differently across different business units, and I look forward to working with some of my colleagues very much, but the keyed responses don't allow for nuance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working more collaboratively and strategically as a team (moving beyond transactional and functional). Getting clear on decision rights for different decisions upfront, and amount of time we will spend on input. Cultivating a team culture most conducive to strategic collaboration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It was a tough decision to leave the freedom and income potential of consulting to work in an organization again full time. The strength of our mission was powerful, but the decider was really the strength and character of the staff, leaders and CEO working to achieve it. I'm so happy to be here.
