I'm able to keep a work life balance that works for me and my family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have to fight to get benefits, it's very clear on the insurance pages what is and isn't covered. I also love that acupuncture is covered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they bring in folks from all levels of management or non management in helping make decisions and give opinions to weigh in on decisions that could affect them.
