When I'm having a hard day, there is always someone who is going to say something to motivate me and support me when I need it.

Our VP works extremely hard to pass on any compensation to the staff. From fearless to COLA, she tries to make sure that if there is any way to increase compensation, that she does it.

The most positive think about the culture and environment at my company is that everyone I work with enjoys their job and wants to do well. It's a career for them and not a job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
From the teaching staff to the cleaning staff to the managers, we are all here to support the children and families. This is one of the main reasons that I choose Acelero over any other organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about my leadership team is the way that we all work together in support of the mission. As many on the team are newer leaders in the organization, we all work really well together and it makes me excited to push myself and continue to excel.
