Acelero has been a big part of my family. I have 7 children. I got to experience there program working the peer cards from home as well as being part of the board, and volunteer. Today, I'm an assistant teacher -having been given the opportunity to make the full connection -using the peer cards,

I have alwayed loved Acelero -as parent and today as an employee
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really think -more money would help! I dont make that money for a single mother of 7.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally, they listen to what are needs and wants are and seem to accommodate the best they can -with the available staff

I don't feel undervalued, this past was an opportunity for me to learn and grow alongside the children, learning the curriculum and preparing on a daily basis I enjoyed it!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly, everyone seems to kind and seems to be interested enough in trying to get to know there employees needs and wants- it seems to getting better I guess. That gould be because, Ive grown and learned more as I go....
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really think we have a good team we need to learn to work together more, and the biggest part is being more positive. No need to outdo each other, but just knowing that we are all in this for one purpose and that's the kids.
