What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being truthful. Organization and Management. Structure. STABILITY for employees. You can not be disorganized and expect your teams to have organization and reach the goals you set. You are only as good as you leader. This is why Bad Companies form from the top down. Bad Leadership.

Compensation rate is higher than anywhere else.

Higher base. Living in Denver you can not live off a $45K base. Also, better commission and bonus incentives.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We would have meetings daily, but no productivity was ever discussed. Praise was rarely given for meeting goals and no feed back on what you could do if you didn't meet your goal.
