Being more direct about answer questions and concerns. I don't think it's intentional, but often when difficult questions are asked, they're answered in roundabout and distracted ways that never fully return to the question asked

What is the best part about your compensation package?
competitive. company does a great job of proactively lifting everybody to match market changes (all engineers recently got a small % raise to match the market)

the interview was tough, and since the company is really trying to grow engineers, it felt a little unorganized

there are constantly exciting things to work on. I've worked at a number of other companies and nowhere else have i been excited about what i'm currently working on and the next 3 projects i have lined up after that
