Low quality for the job they're given. Have no business being a 'Senior' of anything. I end up doing most of their job as well.

There is a sizable group that is more interested in discussing their feelings than the work, our craft, or the business. I'm not particularly interested in every meeting becoming their own personal group therapy session. I want to focus on how we collaborate to do great things.

More commitment to the company. Engineers are super entitled. Not everything revolves around them.

Reduce bureaucratic red tape that makes many projects too slow. Reviews of contracts or new third party providers should not take over a month!
