What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, honesty even when their are gaps in our execution. If it is not working they make changes (not keep doing the same thing and expecting different results)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have requested a review more than once; I am not paid fair market value for my years of experience and responsibilities. I am going into my 5th year and have not been considered for a title promotion even though I am marked "Leading" on my performance reviews.
