What did you like most about the interview process? It wasn't super difficult and they gave a lot of information about the job and company
What makes you most happy at work? The community, and my co workers and knowing how much support I have
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? They truly care about the things we say and are always striving to be the employer of choice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I don't think it really matters what I put here. Money will always be the goal. Executives/ management collecting big pay while the people that actually do all the work suffer with low pay. I've also been a patient there. Patient care and safety are a joke. Staff can't keep themselves safe. Sad.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Toxic culture. Profits over patients and staff. No one returns your phone calls. It's just all bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Realizing that employees are not robots. They could also pitch in and help once in awhile.
