Review from HR Dept

It helps with home life

That is always paid on time, and I have a clear view of my performance so I know how much I would get, so I can manage my budget based on this :)

No pressure of work and good income

Performance incentives. Not just the payment it represents, but the overall KPI's on it

Review from Operations Dept

I wish they could have gotten me my cards after I asked for them twice

Great Benefits and saving money

Benefits, Bonus and discounts that the company offers me

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

People should be given greater opportunities for advancement and promotions. Additionally, they ought to have the flexibility to adjust their schedules as needed.

The compensation for being a customer service representative is so low that I could barely get by.

Initial pay rate is a given. However, based on experience, consistency and going above wnd beyond your duties should be rewarded and taken into consideration.

they work you veery hard

Better pay with my employer

I feel like its okay. Especially when just starting out and the fact that we can get upskilled is amazing

because I went to work for 9 days during the previous cut off 9/10 days because I got SICK for one night, and i get paid for 6 days salary when someone who resigned and only worked for 5 days got the same amounts without Severence pay

I truly feel that Alorica just does not care about their employees and need to show more empathy

We need to have benefits like pension plans for future security

Alorica doesnt offer any benefits. Just the no raises and bad energy that you can feel and its working at home.

Salary increase based on tenureship

Review from Operations Dept

a salary increase, less discrimination among other departments

Recognition, Open Communication, Accurate information.

Ease with achieving information to do the job with excellence. The same ease with achieving bonuses.

Again, I was more than qualified for this job. The real issue is system issues and them having to pay you for not actually doing anything because the system is down. For the abuse you get from customers and the nonchalant attitude of the "leaders" NOT WORTH IT. Trust the reviews

It's been nothing but confusion and I feel like that we are overworked underpaid and also the communication is horrible

I feel undervalued because i was lied to

Review from Customer Support Dept

no raises in 5 years. company sent employees to work at home, with no compensation for space, electricity or connection. While the business saved thousands on rent and facilities costs.

In comparisson, other call centers are paying double of the salary. You tell, $1.00 US dollar is a fair salary for a bilingual employee from wich you request computer skills and demand the highest security shields, with excellent performance KPIs?

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued because they did not give regular raises yearly. They had a bonus system but depending on the department you are in that does not go to everyone. They do not have additional incentives in many of the department. It's as if certain departments do matter to them.
