lack of communication with in departments
Customers always call in and complain about the untrained workers. Receiving different information every time they call in. Constantly being transferred to different/ wrong departments. All due to lack of training

I was forced to work without compensation numerous times as well as use my resources such ad gas in my car without compensation for Alorica benefit. I was harrassed, insulted and lied about based on my religious beliefs. I was further harrassed and lied to when I reported the discrimination.
I was harrassed, terarized, discriminated, against, and abused by managment at Alorica. My complaint was largly ignored and they lied to and about me. I was forced to work off the clock and was never compensated for my time or resources used.
lying cheating con artists that will make your life a living hell
accounts and businesses are not lasting even before pandemic. this is due to non-deserving people in the managment.
The issue is the red tape of contracts between Alorica and which ever client they have. It seems like they are always trying to get the best deal for themselves and not actually thinking about any of their consumer or employees.
Too many green agents on the phones messing up orders and giving wrong info. Better training would help, but it's hard because turnover is high. The top brass needs to figure out a way to get good leadership in place and retain them so they can properly train the new agents.
