I think it's a great company and the values and foundation are there. I think that looking inward though is the a key and keeping and holding on to the pieces that make Ambry, Ambry will take it even further.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think there is fair level of pay from me and past managers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like to work with everyone on my team, compared to just a minimal amount of people within my department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly. It's not a place where you are made to feel uncomfortable about approaching someone you don't know to ask a question.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that when we come in for the day that we will be helping people that may need care in the world and saving lives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are strong and independent. We have a crew that have been together for awhile and have been through some tough times and have come out stronger for it.
