Ambry has plenty of pluses, so I'm very thankful to be here. I would love to see them work more on adding diversity to a C suite level, love to see them notice account executives or GSLs on what they give to the org (ex Heidi SF), would love if ppl were celebrated outside of just monetary acheiveme

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love my local leadership, aka manager, really don't interact or know much about leadership team, nor do they know about me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we get to work closely with our local team and that our manager allows us to cheer each other on and this creates a much better environment.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my clients so much that some have become best friends and are more like family. I love that we make a change, but I also work hard to make my clients lives better and advocate for them as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazing GSL, who I do feel should be appreciated more, if we did a deep dive into CARE accounts won and also new account starts many would be attributed to her. Also love my co workers and the few I interact with the most. Love my manager and that he does not micro manage, but compliments us.
