What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are passionate about growth, culture and innovation but they are not willing to pay the salesforce market rate in a commission plan or compete with commission plan structures of other similar organizations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation for going above plan is not competitive nor at market. During a pandemic, market changes and shutdowns are not taken into account and we are financially impacted because of the consequences of not coming in at 95%.
