I love and appreciate my time at Ambry with great co-workers - love interacting with people from other teams at national meetings, etc. Going through an Account Specialist for a lot of things is quite frustrating, but a lot of that has to do with the quality of AS assigned to our team, i think?

They cultivate a great company culture.

When things finally come together, and I see progress/success.

People are passionate and motivating with regards to proactive healthcare.

The multiplier for revenue over goal. Increased base salary by tier.

Making an impact in patient lives. Having the autonomy to run my territory as needed.

Everyone is helpful when needing answers to something. We get along well, for thr most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More competitive salary to the rest of the industry. It seems that people are recruited (and I've been offered more) to leave frequently.

The collaboration is amazing. I also love feeling like we have multiple people working as a team, assigned to help accounts (AE, ESE, GSL, AS, SDR).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ambry has the patient at the heart of everything we do. In order for us to serve the patient well, we need happy providers and happy employees. Ambry has a good work/life balance with strong, yet achieveable goals to keep employees happy.
