Other labs that cater to Genetic testing offer higher salary for the same position.

Salary wise it is not competitive compared with other labs. People are leaving because of this reason based on my observation.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with makes me happy. So if one leaves it is very sad. I wish the company will make them stay.
